Day 01Delhi - Shimla / Narkanda

About 8 Hrs drive to Shimla. Shimla sightseeing includes Famous Ridge, Mall Road, Lakkar Bazaar, Jakhu Temple. Narkanda is about 60 KMs from Shimla takes about 2 Hrs. Overnight at Shimla or Narkanda, which ever suits your timings.

Day 02Shimla / Narkanda – Sangla / Chitkul (Kinnaur Valley)

Leave early, if from Shimla and enjoy the vistas en route. You can plan for lunch at Rampur. About 8 – 9 Hrs of beautiful drive through Kinnaur Valley. Overnight at Sangla

Day 03Sangla - Chitkul - Sangla - Kalpa

Leave early to spend some time at beautiful Chitkul Village. About 4 – 5 Hrs of total drive on this day. Visit Kamru Fort at Sangla as well before going back to Kalpa. Watch the lovely sunset and sunrise (next day) at Kalpa over Mount Kinner Kailash. Overnight at Kalpa.

Day 04Kalpa - Nako - Nako Lake - Geyu Mummy - Tabo

Start your day early and watch the vistas en route over Hindustan Tibet Highway. Check Out Khab, Confluence of Spiti and Satluj Rivers. See the Leo Purygal Peak from Khab Bridge. Have your lunch at Nako Lake. Meet the dreaded Malling Nalla ahead of Nako. After Chango – Sumdo you will enter Spiti Valley.

After Sumdo police registration, detour towards Geyu Village to visit the 500 Year old Mummy. About 8 – 9 Hrs drive, depending upon the breaks you take in between. Overnight at Tabo

Day 05Tabo - Dhankar - Dhankar Lake - Pin Valley (Mud Village)

About 4 – 5 Hrs of drive in the day. Visit Dhankar Monastery and Dhankar Lake and leave after early lunch. Enjoy the magnificent vistas all day. Traverse the Pin Valley | Kungri – Sagnam – Mud – Tailing. Overnight at Mud Village in Pin Valley.

Day 06Pin Valley - Kaza - Ki - Kibber - Gette - Tashigang - Kaza

About 4 – 5 Hrs of drive in the day. Head for Kaza, headquarters of Spiti Valley. Have lunch at Kaza and check in to Hotel. Visit Ki – Kibber – Gette – Tashigang in the second half of the day. Ki is a famous monastery and others are places to explore as a lovely drive. Tashigang is where the road ends but again beautiful drive. Overnight at Kaza.

Day 07Kaza - Hikkim - Komik - Langza - Kaza / Loser

About 2 – 3 Hrs of drive in the day excluding Losar. Today visit the road less travelled or off beat places near Kaza. Great view of Chau Chau Kang Nelda peak from Langza. Statue of the Buddha near Langza looking down the valley. Tanggyud monastery at Komik, is one of the most important and the highest monastery in the Spiti Valley. You can move to Losar if you would like to stay away from hustle bustle of Kaza. If planning to go to Losar, Enjoy the most scenic drive of entire Spiti Valley between Losar and Kaza at an easy pace. About 2 – 2.5 Hrs drive between Losar and Kaza, depending upon the breaks you take in between. Overnight at Kaza or Losar.

Day 08Kaza / Loser - Kunzum Pass - Chandratal/Battal

About 4 – 5 Hrs drive minimum. Visit Chandratal via Kunzum Pass and enjoy the day there. Camps are about 2.5 KMs from the lake, either stay there or back to Battal where there is a PWD rest house now though without electricity. But, no point going back a painful ride to Losar over Kunzum Pass unless you want to stay in guest house with electricity. Better stay at Battal and save time as well as energy for next day. Overnight at Battal or Chandratal Camps.

Day 09Chandratal/Battal - Kunzum Pass - Rohtang Pass - Manali

About 7 – 8 Hrs drive easily if you do not get messed up Rohtang Pass. Head back to Manali via Rohtang Pass. Drive through Battal – Chattru – Gramphu towards Rohtang Pass is out of the world. Overnight at Manali

Day 10Manali - Delhi Departure

About 12-14 Hrs drive, depending upon the breaks you take in between. If there is time explore Manali, that is if going by overnight Volvo which starts around 5.30 PM. Manali Local sightseeing which includes Hadimba Temple, Manu Temple, Mall Road, Local Monastery, Old Manali, Vashisth Hot Water Springs (never found it interesting) etc. Back Home.

Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made by Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. Cheque/Demand Draft should be in favor of "VM HOLIDAYS AND HOSPITALITY LLP".
  • You can also book your package online with Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking.

Cancellation Policy

  • If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated here under.
  • Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
  • Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
  • Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
  • Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

  • Before 31 Days :  00%
  • From 30-22 Days :  25%
  • From 20-16 Days :  50%
  • From 15-07 Days :  75%
  • From 06-00 Days :  100%

Refund Policy :

  • Refund Process time is 21 working days for any normal cancellation. You will get refund by Bank transfer only.

Note : For any natural disaster or Government Travel Ban, you will get refund as per supplier / hotel / airline policy. If they provide credit note than you will get credit note as per their terms & conditions. We are not responsible for any cash/Bank transfer refunds for it.

Booking Terms & Conditions

  • The above price is per person basis. High Season Surcharges are applicable; rates are not valid for long weekends and public holidays.
  • Child upto 4 yrs is Complimentary, Adult: 12 years and above.
  • Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reason like: election card, Driving Licence, Passport.
  • All rates are valid for Indian national only.
  • The above given prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • The quotation is based on Standard room of individual hotel, however if unavailable then the upgrading cost to be borne by the guest.
  • Hotel check in is 1400 hrs and checkout would be 1000 hrs. Early check in and late check out subject to availability.
  • If the above hotels are not available similar category hotels are used as hotel rooms are subject to availability.Hotels may provide room heater at an additional price on direct payment basis.
  • Meals provided at the hotel (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) are based on a set menu.
  • Anything other than the set menu will be charged extra.
  • Driver is NOT A GUIDE; he will take you to the sightseeing’s mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the place of visit on your own.
  • Vehicle will be not at disposal. If guest wish to go for additional sightseeing extra charges will be applicable.
  • Itinerary is subject to change.The above mentioned cost is not valid during National Holidays, festive season/long weekends, Christmas & New year.

Special Notes

  • Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
  • There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
  • Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
  • Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing. 
  • The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
